1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Path to Peptides (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Path to Peptides.

2. Service Description

Path to Peptides is an independent educational research platform that provides:

• Compound profiles and protocol reference guides based on published scientific literature
• Research tools including dosage calculators, reconstitution planners, bloodwork trackers, and comparison matrices
• A curated database of peptide and research compound information spanning 251 compounds
• Community features and educational resources for peptide researchers

The Platform is intended for educational and research purposes only. It does not sell, distribute, or prescribe any compounds.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Path to Peptides, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful research and educational purposes
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our tools and calculators
• Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using community features
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding any compounds discussed on this Platform

4. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, compound databases, design elements, and original research syntheses published on Path to Peptides are the intellectual property of Path to Peptides. This includes but is not limited to:

• The "Peptide Blueprint™" name, branding, and associated content framework
• Compound profile formats, evidence grading methodology, and protocol guide structures
• All calculators, planners, trackers, and interactive research tools
• The curated compound database and associated metadata
• Site design, logos, and visual identity elements

Content derived from published scientific literature is cited and attributed to original authors. Our synthesis, commentary, and presentation of that research remains our intellectual property.

5. Subscription Services

Path to Peptides offers tiered access to platform features:

Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription tiers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Feature Changes

Path to Peptides reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features from any subscription tier. Material changes to tier benefits will be communicated to subscribers in advance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, tools, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Path to Peptides specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Content will be accurate, complete, or current at all times
• Any results described in referenced research literature will apply to your specific situation
• Defects or errors will be corrected within any specific timeframe

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Path to Peptides, its contributors, advisory board members, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on information found on the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your locally stored data
• Any interruption or cessation of service

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Path to Peptides has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Path to Peptides in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform contains links to external websites, including research peptide vendors and third-party tools such as BioRoot AI and LiveWell Peptides (Official Sponsors). Path to Peptides is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

Your interactions with third-party websites are solely between you and the third party. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external site before engaging with it.

9. Termination

Path to Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform ceases immediately
• Any active subscription will not be renewed
• Data stored locally on your device will not be affected by termination
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination

10. Changes to Terms

Path to Peptides may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Texas.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
